What we do

• Supply the tested doorset and approved hardware exactly to the manufacturer’s certified configuration.
• Schedule access, protect areas, remove & dispose of old doors/frames responsibly.
• Install to BM TRADA/Q‑Mark standard: fixings, gaps/clearances, seals, hinges, glazing, closers, signage — all as tested.

Quality control

• On‑site checks & adjustments.
• Full photo record of the install before/during/after.
• Final quality & functionality check

Compliance pack you receive

• BM TRADA/Q‑Mark tagging & certificate for each doorset.
• Installation record & photo log.
• Product/data sheets (doorset, seals, glazing, closer), O&M guidance, and basic user checks.
• Warranty details and emergency contact.

Payment

• Final invoice on successful sign‑off. Card/BACS accepted.

Optional maintenance plan (discounted)

• 3 / 6 / 12‑month inspection & maintenance options (usage‑based).
• Includes functional checks, gap/seal verification, closer performance, minor adjustments, and a visit report — helping you demonstrate ongoing compliance.
